Shipping Policy

"I received a tracking number but the carrier's site isn't showing any information."
We assign tracking number(s) before giving the package to the carrier. If your tracking information does not appear immediately or you receive an "UNABLE TO TRACK SHIPMENT" message, the carrier may still be processing your tracking information. If the carrier is USPS first class  or parcel post there may not be daily scans updating the location of the package. USPS first class  and parcel post packages are trucked across the country without unloading until the final destination hub. 

• In stock orders ship within 2 to 3 days during working days.
• Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 4-6 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive and will shipped to you upon arrival .
• Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
